This is a unique training experience where you will learn the essential habits and practices which will help you achieve a healthier, happier and longer life. The purpose is to inspire, energise and entertain you.
Over the three days Robert will present seven 90 minute modules which will give you a deeper understanding of what he calls ‘The 8 habits of being young and staying young’. These are based on the evidence which shows that you too can learn to adopt the habits which will literally add years to your life, but more importantly life to your years.
Also included is an opportunity to experience a range of activities to help regenerate mind and body under the supervision of a specialist trainer or coach.
These weekend breaks have been specifically designed to help you relax, have some fun and at the same time identify and easily integrate the changes which will enhance your life and health when you return home.

This non-residential weekend course runs from 9:00am Fridays till 3:00pm Sunday.
The seven 90 minute modules will be led by Robert each morning/early afternoon. On Friday and Saturday afternoons we have selected a range of activities which are fun to do, have benefits in terms of physical and/or mental regeneration and fitness; and should be easily accessible on returning home. Finish time is approximately 5:00pm on Friday and Saturday.
