RESC-Q, a 5-step process to help restore energy and self confidence in people with Chronic Fatigue and related conditions

This training programme is designed to help you find a way to remove the barriers to health and wellbeing which develop with chronic fatigue syndromes. Although this programme has been successful in helping restore energy and vitality in chronic fatigue, in my experience  the programme has helped people recover from or improve symptoms associated with anxiety, depression and OCD.

We know that the simple act of (habitual) thinking can literally change the brain. You will learn a simple but powerful way to help change the ‘neurological pathways’ which have developed in association with chronic physical and emotional symptoms. This will help you recognise and correct the patterns associated with low self-esteem, self-doubt, fear of failure and guilt. These and stress patterns may be part of the reason you have been unable to achieve a more successful and fulfilling life.

The training seminar is held over 3 days during which you will discover just how much the body and mind influence each other. I will help you to learn how to alter any habitual non-thinking compulsive behaviours and limiting expectations. You will be able to make what seems complicated, simple and easy to understand. You will learn how and when to apply the process. More than that you will be able to see and feel how effective this can be at delivering the changes you want in your life.  

What should you expect from the training seminar?

You will be training with a small group of other trainees with similar or related issues.

  • Day 1 begins at 10:00 am and finishes about 2:30 pm. By the end of day one you will start to recognise how much ability you already have to change the previous unwanted patterns by applying the process and seeing the results.
  • Day 2 begins at 10:00 am and ends about 2:30 pm. By the end of day two you will have become more familiar with how to reduce the influence of any negative expectations and how to deliver, experience and calibrate the positive changes you want.
  • Day 3 begins at 9:30 am and ends about 12:30 pm. By the end of day three you should start to see the possibilities of the positive changes which have already occurred becoming robust and long-lasting.
  • A week after the training programme you will have an opportunity to either attend a follow up session or have a follow up phone conversation and sort out any problems that might have arisen. Any further follow up can be arranged as necessary.

What are your chances of success?

Over the time I have been training people who have become stuck for a number of reasons,  I am continually amazed at the extraordinary changes they are able to make by implementing the training, often within a very short time.

Your chances of being one of the many who have trained with me and who have achieved this success, will be based on your understanding of what the training programme entails and what is required of you during and after the seminar.

This is why we will have talked to you either before, but certainly after receiving your application, to ensure that you are ready to do the training. I think one of the most important questions is whether you will commit to put into practice what you learn just as you have done in the past when you learnt any new skill.

What steps do you need to take to do the training?

Step 1

Ask yourself whether you have reached a stage when you are ready to take the responsibility to make the changes you want.  Remember a time when you took on the challenge of learning something new and what that meant when you achieved success. Drop me a line or give me a call and I will talk you through what you can expect and what is  expected from you during the training.

Step 2

Read the application form. Notice the emphasis on this being a training programme. When answering the questions acknowledge that you will be learning a new process which you will need to practice to achieve the results which you know others have achieved. Start to see the possibilities of your future without any of your current issues holding you back.

Step 3

When you are satisfied you are ready to do the training, complete the application form electronically and then download or download and hand write to complete before signing where required. Send the form together with your payment to the address on the form. You will be contacted by telephone within a few days of receipt of the application. At this stage you and the practitioner should be certain of your readiness to do the training and a convenient date will be agreed.
