Dr. Robert Fulcher MRCPI, FRCP
Robert Fulcher qualified as a doctor in 1974, and after training in Dublin, Cork and Cambridge, was appointed as a consultant physician at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in 1983. Before leaving the NHS in 2009, he specialised in Medicine for the Elderly and Stroke Medicine, establishing the first stroke unit in Norfolk in 1997. He continues to provide consultancy in TIA (‘mini-stroke’) and Stroke at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and the Global Clinic Norwich. (www.globaldiagnostics.co.uk)
In order to augment his skills as a teacher and coach he trained as a practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) in 2003/4 and completed a Certificate in Medical Education in 2004.
With a growing desire to help people reach their full potential for a healthier, happier life, he established Training for Health and Life in 2007. Since 2004 he has gained valuable and diverse experience working with people with a spectrum of different needs and continues to develop new and innovative ways of teaching new skills.
